The healthcare landscape is gradually adapting to the new world. Throughout history, however, women have made significant contributions to medicine and we have all benefited from their discoveries. These women paved the way for us to have an impact on the healthcare ecosystem; from a seat on a board, to advancing global science – like Professor Sarah Gilbert – we are making progress one woman at a time.

Perspectives

Collected Group, and its agencies, celebrate differences and embrace uniqueness. We know that different gender perspectives enable us to excel in everything we do. We promote practices that push away biases and believe that gender equality makes us all better! Above all, we want to ensure that every member of our team feels that they are in an environment where acceptance is paramount.

Empowerment

Women’s empowerment is a public health imperative – establishing more highly respected and leading positions for women, working in the health sector, is a great incentive to place women’s health higher up the agenda. Collected Group will always empower women, amplify female voices and give women opportunities to thrive within the healthcare industry.

Future

We will continue to promote the necessity for all females to self-strengthen and build up other women around them. Empowering women starts with you, with me and with people reading this – you don’t need to be a woman to empower women.
