Perspectives

It’s incredibly important that young people provide different perspectives, approaching challenges with the optimism of youth. What we lack in experience, we more than make up for with a desire to improve the world and the drive to make things happen – if given the opportunity.

Progression

I continue to be blown away by how much Havas Lynx Group invests in training and development for everyone. Take Lynx Lights, for example, a suite of months-long learning and development programmes, which provides a solid foundation of key skills at each stage of career progression.

Or the LX Academy, our annual training programme which ensures ongoing development. More importantly, the agency facilitates career progression by maintaining a culture of openness and approachability, so that everyone is empowered to make a change if they see an opportunity.

Diversity

I find that young leaders tend to be more collaborative in decision-making, naturally involving other perspectives. Also, having grown up in the heyday of social media and several social movements, we are keenly aware of the need for greater diversity – so when given the chance to do something about it, we will seize it with both hands.

Impact

Much of our charitable work is driven by young people who have identified a need and acted to make a change, with support from the agency. We also have a group of ambassadors who work directly with our executive leadership team, acting as the agency’s voice to help shape our culture and ensure we all have the best possible experience while working here.
