Ariane de Ganck
Ardena has appointed Ariane de Ganck as Chief Scientific Officer, reinforcing its focus on scientific excellence across its integrated CDMO and bioanalytical services.
Ariane has held several senior roles at Ardena, including leadership of the Drug Product division since 2022 and, more recently, serving as Chief Commercial Officer.
Since joining the company in 2019, she has overseen drug product operations, led the acquisition and integration of the Pamplona site and supported Ardena’s expansion into aseptic fill and finish services.
In her new role, Ariane will lead Science & Technology, Project Management and CMC Regulatory Affairs.

Caroline Aiken
Cormica has appointed Caroline Aiken as Technical Director, a newly created role designed to enhance technical collaboration across its global laboratory network and deliver greater value to pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
The appointment reflects Cormica’s commitment to providing integrated scientific support throughout the product life cycle, enabling manufacturers to access broader expertise, streamlined project delivery and greater consistency across testing and consultancy.
Caroline brings more than 15 years of CRO experience supporting the pharmaceutical industry. Over the past eight years, she has led the Physical Characterisation team at Cormica Bradford, with expertise spanning complex generics, analytical characterisation and testing strategies that accelerate development and regulatory submissions.
Caroline said: "What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to bring together the incredible expertise that exists across Cormica and make it even more accessible to our clients."
In her new role, Caroline will work with scientific experts, laboratory teams and commercial and marketing colleagues to strengthen Cormica’s technical offering and thought leadership. A key focus will be enhancing collaboration across laboratories in the UK, USA and EU, creating a seamless experience for customers requiring multidisciplinary support.
Bethany Mancilla
Latus Bio has appointed Bethany Mancilla as Chief Business Officer, bringing extensive corporate development experience across gene therapy and CNS disorders.
The company said her leadership will support the advancement of LTS-201 for Huntington’s disease and help expand pipeline and partnering opportunities.
P. Peter Ghoroghchian, Chief Executive Officer of Latus Bio, explained: "Bethany joins Latus at a defining moment as we advance LTS-201 toward the clinic for Huntington’s disease and continue to build out our pipeline and partnering opportunities."
Bethany said: "Latus is at a true inflection point as it transitions into a clinical-stage company. LTS-201 represents a fundamentally differentiated approach to Huntington’s disease, targeting the somatic instability that drives disease progression while preserving the non-mutated allele."
She added: “I look forward to working with the team to expanding our pipeline of disease-modifying therapies through strategic partnerships."
Bethany previously served as Chief Business Officer at Capsida Biotherapeutics, securing transactions that delivered more than $250 million in non-dilutive funding.
Her earlier roles include senior leadership positions at Cue Biopharma, Kite Pharma and Amgen, where she became Vice President of Business Development overseeing global licensing, co-development and M&A.
Erin Federman
CNX Therapeutics has appointed Erin Federman as Interim Chief Commercial Officer.
Erin joined the company as a non-executive director in March and will now take on an executive leadership role alongside her board responsibilities.
She will work closely with the commercial leadership team to support CNX’s growth strategy and strengthen commercial execution.
Erin brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial strategy, product launches and senior leadership roles across the pharmaceutical sector, including positions at STADA, Novo Nordisk and Mylan.
Guy Clark, CEO of CNX Therapeutics, said: "CNX has built a strong commercial platform in Europe and has an ambitious growth agenda."

Sophie Spencer
B. Braun has appointed Sophie Spencer as Social Value & ESG Specialist, recognising her rapid impact since joining the company in 2022. Sophie initially worked in the events team before securing the Social Value & Evidence Apprentice role in 2024, where she delivered significant contributions across the business.
In her new role, she will focus on measuring and communicating the positive impact B. Braun delivers for patients, colleagues and communities, helping to translate evidence into clear and commercially meaningful messaging.
Sophie said: "I'm incredibly proud to be stepping into this role and to have the opportunity to build on the work we've already started.
"Social value and ESG are areas I feel passionately about, and I'm excited to help B. Braun tell the story of the difference it makes to patients.
Achieving a Distinction in my apprenticeship was a real milestone, and I'm looking forward to what comes next."

Dr Agnès Arbat
Oriva Therapeutics has appointed Dr Agnès Arbat as Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than 25 years of pharmaceutical experience across clinical development, medical affairs and commercial strategy in women’s health. She will also serve as Chief Medical Officer. Agnès has played a central role in over 20 clinical studies in women’s health and contributed to the launch of more than ten products, including Nexplanon, Xarelto and Ventavis.
She was previously Co-founder and CEO of Oxolife, a biotech focused on female fertility, and earlier led the Women’s Health and Cardiovascular medical team at Bayer, following senior roles at Organon.
She joins Oriva’s senior leadership team alongside Cristina Balagué; Rosa Torres Ferraz; Ljudmila Katchan; Marta Llorens; and Financial Manager Roger Juanpere.
Agnès said: "Oriva’s assets have the potential to deliver best-in-class treatments for women worldwide suffering from common, painful and debilitating gynaecological conditions – thus addressing clear and significant unmet medical needs."
She added: "As CEO and CMO, I look forward to working with the Company’s expert senior leadership team to progress its fantastic programmes through development."
